We only work with and cook with raw materials. We also remove fish bones, plate up, flambé and decant drink in front of our guests.
You will become a specialist in fish, seafood, crustaceans, cephalopods and all the products that the Empordà region provides.
Can you speak languages? Catalan, Spanish, French, English, etc.
Are you familiar with accounting? We are also interested in you.
